Tetsujin 28-go

During World War II, Dr. Kaneda designed giant robot warriors to combat the Allied forces, but the facility was destroyed by bombs before they could be deployed, resulting in his demise. A decade later, criminals stumbled upon two surviving prototypes, #26 and #27, which they used to carry out a series of crimes through remote control. Driven by curiosity, Dr. Kaneda’s son, twelve-year-old Shotaro, conducted an investigation and uncovered the mob’s hunt for the twenty-eighth robot, supposedly the most potent of them all. Racing against time and criminals, Shotaro and Dr. Shikishima, Dr. Kaneda’s colleague believed dead in the bombing, found Tetsujin 28-go, as the robot was officially known, first. The duo eventually prevented its capture by the outlaws and decided to dedicate it to promoting peace instead of war.
