When a person comes of age at 15 in the Clover Kingdom, they receive a Grimoire that unlocks their magic’s full potential. At the ceremony, Yuno is gifted with a rare, four-leaf clover Grimoire symbolizing his strength, while Asta watches in vain for his own. Disheartened but unwavering, Asta witnesses Yuno’s Grimoire being stolen by a powerful mage. Despite being outmatched, Asta’s unrelenting spirit grants him a Grimoire of his own, an unprecedented black five-leaf clover.
